Ours is a private home for two people. We collect only what the app needs to work — nothing more.

What we store

• Account: Sign in with Apple or Google (name, account ID, email if shared).
• Your content: photos, letters, events, wishes, countdowns, games and design settings — stored securely (Google Firebase) and shared only between the two partners in a space.
• Location: only if you enable location sharing, and only to show you to each other on the map. Turn it off anytime.
• Notifications: a push token so your partner's messages reach you.

Ours AI (chat and title suggestions)

• What is sent: only what you ask to be processed — the messages you write to the chat, and, with the explicit consent of both partners, photos you ask to title or a "brought flowers" photo you submit for verification. The chat knows only your names and start date; shared context (wishes, albums, countdowns) is attached only if both of you enabled it separately.
• Who processes it: the AI provider Anthropic (API), under commercial terms where your content is not used to train models.
• Retention: conversations stay in your private space until you delete them (deleting a thread removes it from the server); accepted titles are kept as part of the memory. Leaving a space or deleting your account deletes your AI conversations.
• Control: every permission can be switched off at any time in the Ours AI permissions screen. Without permission, nothing is sent.
• Not professional advice: Ours AI is a helper for everyday couple life, not a substitute for therapy. In situations of danger it points to helplines.

What we never do

• No selling or sharing data with advertisers. Ever.
• No reading your content — the space belongs to the two of you. (Ours AI receives only what you ask it to handle — see above.)
• No collecting what we don't need.

Deletion

Email guypinhas2003@gmail.com and we'll delete your account and content within 30 days.

Age

Ours is intended for ages 17+. Intimate content is locked behind an explicit age confirmation by both partners.
